Bizarre: What on earth is this? ( Witch or Wizard)

The Haitans call it a Lougarou. A lougarou was caught trying to suck the blood of a newborn baby. A lougarou is a “werewolve” who devote themselves to this and are sorcerers, possessed by insatiable spirits, who are believed to turn themselves into animals in order to suck the blood of babies. The tendency to become a werewolf can be inherited, or it can be the result of the rash act of buying evil spirits. While the mother was sleeping she heard a noise woke her husband up and he captured the lougarou getting ready to suck the baby’s blood. See picture of the baby below.
